About LGBTQ+ Vienna

Vienna's LGBTQ+ scene clusters around the Naschmarkt and the streets of the 6th district, with the Rosa-Lila-Villa serving as a long-running community center and meeting point. The Austrian capital is known for a welcoming cafe-and-culture pace alongside a solid bar and club circuit. Its signature event is the Regenbogenparade, the Rainbow Parade around the Ringstrasse each June, one of the largest in Central Europe, and the city has a history of high-profile events like the Life Ball. Vienna mixes grand imperial sightseeing with an accessible, year-round queer nightlife.
