Refund Policy
Effective date: May 29, 2026
This policy covers paid products on Lavender Atlas: business listing subscriptions and one-time paid submissions. Browsing the directory and subscribing to the newsletter are free.
Subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Featured)
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime. Your paid features stay active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period once it has started.
- Annual plans are discounted in exchange for paying upfront. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days from the initial charge.
One-time paid submissions
- If you pay to submit a listing and we reject it (for example, it does not meet our guidelines), we refund that fee.
- Once a paid submission is published, the fee is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email claims@lavenderatlas.com from the address on the account, with the business name and the charge date. We respond within 5 business days and send approved refunds to the original payment method.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may pause paid features until payment succeeds. The listing reverts to the free tier; it is not deleted.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the listing.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change, and updates apply to future purchases.
