About LGBTQ+ Toulouse

Toulouse, the pink-brick city of southern France, has one of the country's biggest concentrations of gay bars, clubs, and saunas, though no single gay district. Venues are woven into the center around Place Wilson and rue Gabriel Péri, with a second cluster around the rue de la Colombette and the Saint-Aubin quarter. Spots like Le Shanghai, the Connexion Bar, and the feminist queer bar La Gougnotte anchor the nightlife. Toulouse Pride in late June is one of the largest in the south of France, drawing more than 40,000. Locals describe the scene as part of the city rather than set apart, easy to cover on foot.
