Gay Guide to Ibiza
Ibiza's gay scene splits between Ibiza Town, where a cluster of bars runs around the old port and the Figueretas beach area, and Sant Antoni on the west coast. JJ Bar is the town's long-running gay spot, with beach-club daytime scenes at gay-friendly hotels around Figueretas. Ibiza Pride takes place in June across Ibiza Town and San Antonio. The island is known worldwide for its clubbing, and the gay scene layers onto that, quieter than Mykonos by day but tied into one of the biggest electronic-music summers anywhere.
