San Francisco Pride is one of the largest in the world, held the last weekend of June, with a parade down Market Street to the Civic Center and a two-day festival. The Dyke March and Trans March fill the same weekend, centered on the Castro and Dolores Park. The city's leather community also gathers for Folsom Street Fair in late September. Expect huge crowds across the Castro, SoMa, and downtown.
