Gay Guide to Poznań
Poznań, in western Poland, is often called the country's queer capital and regularly named one of its most LGBTQ+-friendly cities. Much of the scene is tied to Grupa Stonewall, the local rights NGO, which runs the bar Lokum Stonewall and the nightclub Duże Lokum, with other venues like City Pub spread around the Stare Miasto old town. Its Marsz Równości (Equality March), held in spring or early summer, is one of the largest and oldest Pride events in Poland. The atmosphere is welcoming and community-driven, and the compact old center keeps the bars and squares within easy walking distance.
