About LGBTQ+ Cuernavaca
Morelos legalized same-sex marriage in 2016, and its capital, Cuernavaca, the warm "City of Eternal Spring" and a longtime weekend escape from Mexico City, has a strong and enduring LGBTQ+ presence.
Most of the bars are downtown. Enigma Bar Show, beside the Palacio de Cortés, is known for its comic drag show, Palace 69 on Calle Galeana runs drag nights, and Face 2 Face sits on the Plazuela del Zacate.

Further out, Acid Night Club on Avenida Potrero Verde brings in DJs, drag queens and go-go boys, and LA 22 in Club de Golf is a pool club for men, open Friday to Sunday, with a bar, food and a DJ.
Cuernavaca's Pride march is held in June and has walked from El Calvario to the zócalo.
