About LGBTQ+ Córdoba

Córdoba, the Andalusian city famous for its Mezquita and its layered Moorish, Jewish, and Christian history, has a small but warm gay scene in the Centro district. Pub Glam on Calle Miguel Gila is the main reference point, a mixed, inclusive bar with themed nights, in a scene where venues know their regulars and nights rarely start before 10pm. The city holds real weight in Spanish LGBTQ+ history: COLEGAS, the country's main LGBT confederation, was founded here in 1989. Córdoba's Pride march, the Marcha del Orgullo, takes over the center in the last week of June. It is intimate and welcoming rather than a big-club destination.
