About LGBTQ+ Tilburg
Tilburg, an industrial city in North Brabant, is best known in queer circles for Roze Maandag (Pink Monday), the LGBTQ+ day of the city's giant summer funfair and one of the most beloved Pride events in the Netherlands. The city also runs T-Pride, a small boat parade and waterside party at the Piushaven. Year-round, the scene runs through a cluster of bars in the center, including the lesbian-leaning Café De Wijn. It is a friendly, unpretentious scene that punches above its size for one week each July when the funfair turns pink.
