About LGBTQ+ Milan
Milan has Italy's most developed gay scene, centered on the Porta Venezia district, where Via Lecco and the surrounding streets hold the city's main concentration of bars and clubs. Italy's fashion and design capital pairs a stylish, international crowd with a lively nightlife. Milano Pride takes place in June as part of a wider season of events. Porta Venezia is walkable and central, and the city's reputation for design, aperitivo culture, and nightlife gives the scene a polished, cosmopolitan feel.
